Kohoutovice Waterpark

Under an interestingly designed roof, you will find a 25 meter long indoor swimming pool with the depth ranging from 1.8 to 2.0 m and water temperature of 27 to 28degrees Celsius. It is divided into 6 lanes each 2.25 m wide. Make sure to visit also our indoor relaxation pool with water jets, air bubble bath and spouts as well as a whirlpool bath. Our little visitors may enjoy the wading pool with a water mushroom. During hot summer days, you will surely enjoy our roof top pool with a sunbathing area offering a great view of the surroundings.

The most popular attraction is a 90 meters long water slide. We also launch a wild-water stream at regular intervals, which you will surely enjoy trying as well. Moments of relaxation in the steambath may be the right climax of your pleasant stay in our aquapark.

You can boost your health in our sauna offering a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. It also contains a cold plunge pool and a rest room. You are warmly welcome to visit our bar. The refreshment shop is accessible both from the dry and wet zone. Pleasant seating, good coffee, desserts, sundaes, hot meals. We have extended our services for you in the Kohoutovice Waterpark. You can now loan towels or buy shampoos, soaps or body loations from us. Thus, the only thing you need to bring with you is your swimwear. You can leave everything else at home. :-)

Kohoutovice Waterpark celebrated its 5^th anniversary of opening for public operation in April of 2015.

In 2004, a study was prepared dealing with the possibility of a swimming pool extension to the existing elementary school. Later there was an idea of building an waterpark, which was missing in the City of Brno. In 2006, the K4 a.s. architectural firm started the designing. The construction was started in April of 2008, the contractor being STAVOPROGRES BRNO, spol. s r.o. (Ltd) with the City of Brno acting as the contracting authority (investor). The total cost of the structure was CZK 211 million. Since its inauguration on April 14^th 2010, the premises were visitied by more than 1.25 million visitors. Since then, their number has been increasing every year, from 185 thousand in 2010 to 300 thousand last year.
